The SIGMA project, funded by the European Commission and managed by EUSPA, aims to enhance European Govsatcom services for emergency response by integrating 5G terrestrial networks and satellite communications in a seamless solution. Grupo Oesía leads a European consortium of 5 companies and 1 research institute from 4 countries. Inster- Grupo Oesía contributes its expertise in satellite communication terminals and 5G, while Cipherbit - Grupo Oesía, provides cryptographic knowledge to ensure security and authentication.
