The government satellite operator Hisdesat will start up its new control centre in the coming weeks, located on land ceded by the Ministry of Defence in Hoyo de Manzanares. These facilities, which will be at the forefront of technology in Europe, will allow the company to increase its capabilities in preparation for the entry into operation of the two new SpainSat NG satellites and the programmes to be incorporated.
