ARQUIMEA presents the industrialization of the three cameras for the large-sized telescopes at the Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA) gamma ray observatory. The cameras were designed and produce to be as compact, light, and efficient as possible while giving optimum performance in energy detection to meet CTA’s scientific targets.
The cameras (9m2 and 2t weight) are based on a modular design with all sensors and electronics on-board, ready to be installed in the telescope’s carbon fibre ring.
