Croatia).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b96ff9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b96ff9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn 2017 he joins the team of Parque de las Ciencias de Granada as ESERO Manager coordinating at national level the Educational Resources Office ESERO Spain, a project of the European Space Agency for the promotion of Science and Technology Education in Spain.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06be8dc elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"06be8dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d53301 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d53301\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>When did you start leading ESA\u2019s ESERO Project in Spain, and what were your motivations for taking on this important challenge?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60b648e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"60b648e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parqueciencias.com\">Parque de las Ciencias de Granada<\/a> team at the end of 2016, but it was not until a year later that we managed to sign the contract with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\">ESA<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94c81f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94c81f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Drafting the project, the first negotiations, establishing institutional collaborations with educational entities and other councils, homologating the Parque de las Ciencias as a service provider, etc. An intense year of work until in October 2017 we inaugurated <a href=\"https:\/\/esero.es\">ESERO Spain<\/a> nd started with the first trainings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7eee92d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7eee92d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA  unique project, with an accentuated public service, inclusive, educational, all to be developed, national and international scope, high impact on teachers and students, with ESA and the Science Park as main collaborators.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36d7882 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36d7882\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI left Valencia and settled in Granada. Provisionally I have been there for six years and with the current renewal of my contract with ESA, at least three more years of activity await me. A personal and professional challenge.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b18f88 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b18f88\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Influence of the introduction of STEAM as a classroom methodology for societal development is now commonly accepted, <strong>how would you summarize the rationale and its importance in today\u2019s context?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddc9569 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddc9569\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNeither the nature nor the development of professional skills in any sector is divided by separate subjects or plots. Everything is interconnected and an interdisciplinary approach is needed to address any problem.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8bb23a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d8bb23a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEducational systems are trying to adapt and the use of STEAM methodology is part of the need to improve the training of students and teachers.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e314bd7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e314bd7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn such a changing world and with so much dependence on technology, it is necessary to encourage scientific-technological vocations from an early age. This methodology is key to achieving this.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94e6aa1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94e6aa1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn particular, from ESERO, if we had to highlight the most relevant issues of the influence of STEAM training from childhood, in terms of the present and future contribution to the development of the space sector, <strong>which ones would you highlight?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3b58a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3b58a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFuture generations are going to face challenges and challenges that we do not know about, new technologies will be developed and jobs will be created that have not been needed before and in environments that are very different from the ones we know. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de15a6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"de15a6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSo, it must be understood that the space sector is not just the future. Although a space mission may take 20 years to see the light of day, it is an activity with a high influence on the present and on important aspects of our daily lives; it is a key sector for development.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-610bc85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"610bc85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n<blockquote>Future generations are going to face challenges and challenges that we do not know about, new technologies will be developed and jobs will be created that have not been needed before<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a5d338 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a5d338\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNor is it exclusive to a few. It is essential to know the different professional opportunities that are being generated.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ff296b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ff296b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThere is an immense variety of professions, in addition to astronaut. Law, medicine, engineering, design, programming, security, artificial intelligence, mechanics, project management, finance, there is no traditional sector that has no place in the space sector.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f18462 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f18462\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAnother important aspect is entrepreneurship. The rapid evolution of New Space is motivated in part by the entrepreneurial capacity that has been cultivated years ago.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5b1167 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5b1167\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe specific training of primary \nand secondary school teachers in our country has a relevant incidence. <strong>How would you quantify the level of attunement  with the space sector?  What areas of impact would you highlight as the most relevant to promote and improve?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23aa243 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23aa243\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe use of space as a setting is a source of inspiration and motivation that few sectors enjoy, and it is fundamental as a tool for the teaching-learning process.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ceb553b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ceb553b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn general, it works well with almost any sector. Lately, Earth observation and climate change are leading these areas to gain popularity. Space robotics and artificial intelligence are also highly attractive and known. The search and characterization of exoplanets, rocket launch, space transportation, etc. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d64cf2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d64cf2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"wp-image-651\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/proespacio.tedae.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/entrevista-domingo-escutia-2.jpg?w=788&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da17c69 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da17c69\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn general, any realm of the sector is a perfect complement to teaching activities; the key is developing specific materials and education.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e16578 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e16578\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf look into the near future, telecommunications (broadband communication \/ quantum communication), fast and precise response capabilities (satellite navigation, Earth observation) and the human exploration of Mars will be the next areas of development of the sector. So we will have to work on new materials and specific education programs.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97391b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97391b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHowever, on some occasions space can seem to be only accessible to an elite. Educators may feel ill-prepared. For this reason, it is very important to keep investing in training.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5336861 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5336861\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOnce the materials and activities that we develop are known and put into practice, they have a great impact and are always highly regarded by both teachers and their students.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a3f4f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a3f4f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhat activities do you think companies that make up the Spanish space industry <strong>could undertake in relation to STEAM to foster and actively contribute toward this strengthening and development of the sector?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b231eab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b231eab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In my opinion, providing financial aid for specific actions, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/esero.es\/cansat\/\">CanSat<\/a>challenge, and to boost access to classroom material is a priority.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-391f0f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"391f0f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t And I don\u2019t mean just offering money, which is always important. I am also referring to collaborating in kind, enabling sector professionals to invest hours in activities with students and educators, touring facilities, providing their own material, participating in talks, etc.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20b54f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20b54f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We have recently created a space-box with real materials manufactured by companies of the <a href=\"https:\/\/minsc.space\/\">MINSC<\/a> cluster which are accompanied by a set of talks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f79381c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f79381c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis is part of our \u201cEl Espacio entra en las aulas\u201d (\u201cSpace joins the classroom\u201d) initiative and it allows students to get to know young businesspersons and professionals of the sector first hand, in addition to discovering new materials and prototypes that are being developed for new space missions, which are combined with activities tailored to the curricula.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69d85f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69d85f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen looking back just a few years, we truly see an advancement both in the introduction of STEAM to classrooms in general, and in the knowledge and general acceptance by the public of the importance of the space sector. <strong>How do you visualize this progress in the next ten years?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb51e4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb51e4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the last five years alone progress has been exponential, so we are at the gates of a true revolution.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3705e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3705e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe creation and generation of talent will be a decisive factor for our society. Aligning the sector\u2019s industrial strategy with a long-term vision of the educational program we are implementing is the key to contribute toward the development of the capabilities required by the space sector.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0f1fa7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0f1fa7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs I was saying before, we will see jobs that are not yet being sought, technology that has not been invented and problems we cannot anticipate. And all of this will need to be addressed by the young people who are going through their education today.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4bbde1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4bbde1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI also see that we will have to evolve and, as ESERO, we will not just have to approach education from a regulated and homologated standpoint. We will also have to broaden our range of activities to accommodate non-formal and informal education.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d94e40e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d94e40e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tServe new audiences (child education, families, non-STEM students, professionals starting their university education). There are very interesting challenges ahead for everyone.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da5dd60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da5dd60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>What differentiating factor of Spain would you highlight when compared to the rest of the ESA member countries, in this endeavor?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6c71bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6c71bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNetworking, without a doubt! ESERO is a network of offices in each of the ESA member states. Networking and collaborative work is in its DNA. But in our case, I would define it as a two-tier need: institutional and educational.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcefb36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dcefb36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSuccessfully collaborating with each of the Education Councils of the various Autonomous Communities to create various personalized educational innovation programs adapted to the nuances of each territory has been the key to being one of the ESEROs with the highest national impact. These programs allow educators to homologate the training that they receive and the access to materials and resources in an orderly fashion (and for free).\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94e030a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94e030a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHowever, there is another factor that is just as important, and this is the performance of our ETTs (which may not be an attractive term, but it stands for ESERO Teacher Trainers). \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d616c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d616c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tActive educators that train other educators. ESERO is a small three-person team (Elena \u00c1lvarez, Carmen Botella and yours truly) and we do not yet have the capability to grow in order to engage in training sessions and activities in several places at a time. So we decided to implement and foster the active participation of the most-involved educators of each region. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f349715 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f349715\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTheir assistance, their direct knowledge of the different situations in classrooms, the ability to adapt and tailor contents to each of these situations and their motivation is the true key to success. I have nothing but gratitude toward them and I am at their full disposal. We are always wide open to their suggestions, comments and proposals in order to continue improving.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-140768d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"140768d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>How does the creation of the Spanish Space Agency affect ESERO\u2019s activities?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d60811 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d60811\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe creation of the AEE is great news. In my opinion, it will strengthen the entire space sector even more. Could you tell our readers, <strong>what it is about? How many schools and youngsters are involved each year in this important initiative?<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d83223 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d83223\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCanSat is a competition sponsored by the European Space Agency, aimed at teams of High School students. The teams must design and build a small satellite the size of a soda can. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f720c44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f720c44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis challenge offers a unique opportunity for students to have their first practical experience in a real space project.
