During\nthese flyby apporoximations the spacecraft\u2019s on-board cameras\nsend back images of geological details of the planet\u2019s surface.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e363e55 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e363e55\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOf the four inner planets of the solar system, Mercury is the one\nleast explored. BepiColombo will be the second mission to orbit this\nplanet and we expect to get answers to questions such as whether\nthere is ice in the craters at its poles or whether it has a magnetic\nfield.
