The appetite for space adventure of public organisations and private companies around the world is leading experts to predict that orbital missions will far exceed the 200 that closed 2023. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8326bf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8326bf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOnce again, SpaceX will be the company contributing most to this high figure. Its 67 launches positioned it as the third most dynamic power in space.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e19272 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e19272\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe ranking of the most active countries will remain unchanged despite the increase in operations: The United States, China and Russia will maintain their top positions. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-199efbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"199efbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>And what about Europe? Europe is at the bottom of the table. During 2023, the European Space Agency (ESA) only managed to launch three rockets: two Ariane 5 and one Vega. It was the lowest year of orbital launch activity on the Old Continent since 2009.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1538aec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1538aec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tForecasts for this year are no brighter. Europe is experiencing what is known as the \u201clauncher crisis\u201d.
