The memorandum covers mission architectures, payload integration, and ground segment optimization. The alliance combines Telespazio\u2019s geoinformation and operations with Kreios\u2019s VLEO propulsion to bid for AEE, European Commission and ESA calls. It opens key markets in defence, secure communications and QKD applications.
