With the aim of ensuring control of civil and military communications in space, Indra has acquired Hispasat to increase its participation in key programs and become a European tier-1 player in the space sector.
Its integration will allow synergies by standardizing an important number of the elements that make up Indra Space’s operations and harnessing the end-to-end capabilities of the Space NewCo.
