Indra has taken a major step in its space strategy with the acquisition of Deimos, a Spanish Space company specializing in the undertaking of space missions and satellite integration, which will enhance its capabilities in all phases of a Space mission. This agreement complements other advancements, such as the spin-off of Indra Espacio and the creation of the Space NewCo as a vehicle to provide comprehensive capabilities throughout the Space industry value chain.
